Perfect for sushi gatherings, this kit is ideal for preparing nigiri and chirashi sushi. Please note, it is not dishwasher safe. The set includes one 30cm sushi rice maker bowl, three rice ladles (shamoji), and two bamboo rolling mats (maki-suzu). The sushi bowl is crafted from white pine with a polypropylene frame, while the shamoji and makisu are made from bamboo. Handle with care to maintain quality and longevity.

How to make Sushi-rice :

Ingredients -for 1cup(180ml) dry rice 

①steamed rice, 

②rice or gain vinegar 30ml, salt 9g, sugar 6g 

・Spread steamed rice flat into the bowl.

・Mix ② ingredients in another cup and stir well and spread over steamed rice.

・Mix together as if for cutting by Shamoji (rice ladle) well, and cool down at room temperature for 1-2h.

※for handling:

・Do not place in high temperature and high humidity, such as near a fire.

・Avoid direct contact with fire. Do not store in direct sunlight.

・Do not expose the product to dirt or moisture, or soak it in water for a long time.

・Do not soak or wash the product. This may cause mold and corrosion.

・Do not use the product with water or other liquids.
・After use, wash well with a mild kitchen detergent, wipe dry with a dry cloth, and store in a dry place.

Due to its natural composition, the product may contain some resinous substances, but this is not quality problem.
