<Ingredients>
flour, cornstarch, glucose, salt, mountain yam, cornflower, Bonito powder, white soy sauce, katsuobushi umami powder, Mackerel, umami powder
《How to make》
Ingredients: 250g of okonomiyaki powder, 3 eggs, 250g of water, about 500g of cabbage
① Mix eggs and water in a bowl.
② Add the okonomiyaki and coarsely chopped cabbage and mix gently.
③ Lightly oil a heated iron plate (if using a hot plate, set it to 200℃), spread the dough into a circle, and bake for about 3 minutes.
④Flip, cover, and steam-fry for about 5 minutes. Flip it over, remove the lid, bake for about 2 minutes, and it's done!
